Heat your oven to 200C. While your oven gets to temperature, place your wedges into a large bowl and add the Habanero Lime Jelly, mixing well.
Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 40-45 minutes until the potatoes are tender to the touch but crispy on the outside. Place onto a serving platter and garish with coriander. Enjoy! Be careful as the inside can be very hot!!
